On Sunday, 12th October 2025, the Legal Awareness Trust (LAT) proudly organized a Plantation Drive at Bagh Ibn-e-Qasim Park, Karachi, marking another milestone in our commitment to building a cleaner and greener Pakistan.

The event brought together students, volunteers, members, and community participants, who joined hands to plant over 1,500 trees in a single day. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and unity as people of all ages came together with one shared goal—to protect our planet and create a sustainable future for generations to come. 🌍💚

We were deeply honored to welcome Hon’ble Mr. Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput, Acting Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court, as our Chief Guest. His inspiring speech on environmental responsibility and the importance of civic participation encouraged everyone present. Justice Rajput also participated by planting trees alongside students and volunteers, setting a powerful example of leadership and community involvement. 🌱

The Plantation Drive aimed not only to promote environmental awareness but also to engage youth in meaningful action against climate change. Every sapling planted represents a step toward cleaner air, reduced carbon emissions, and a greener tomorrow.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the schools, organizations, and individuals who contributed their time, effort, and resources to make this event a success. Together, we are nurturing hope, life, and sustainability.
