On Sunday, 1st February 2026, the Legal Awareness Trust (LAT) successfully organized a Plantation Drive at Bagh Ibne Qasim, Karachi, continuing our mission to promote environmental sustainability and civic responsibility.

With the invaluable support of dedicated volunteers and enthusiastic young students, the initiative resulted in the planting of 1,000 trees in a single day. The event reflected a strong spirit of collaboration, as participants from different backgrounds united with a shared purpose, to contribute toward a greener and healthier Pakistan.

The presence of young students added remarkable energy and inspiration to the drive. Their active participation symbolized the growing awareness among the youth regarding climate change and environmental protection. By engaging the younger generation in practical environmental action, LAT aims to nurture responsible citizens who understand that sustainability begins with individual commitment.

Each tree planted during this drive represents hope for cleaner air, strengthened ecosystems, and a more sustainable urban environment. Beyond the immediate environmental impact, the event served as a reminder that collective efforts, no matter how small they may seem, can lead to significant and lasting change.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all volunteers, students, and supporters who contributed their time and effort to make this Plantation Drive a meaningful success. Together, we continue to build a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for generations to come.
